Beachpark residents
To tho Editor:
Again this year, as has been tin
custom for the past (t years, tin; Trustc
of Btiachpark Tower treated
residents with a picnic and im?e
mi*nt in August.
Wo enjoyed tho picnic fare of hot
dogs,
baked boons, macaroni salad, etc.
Tho "Towerottes'' led the singing,
music by tha piano player, which was
given to tho Beachpark Tower by a
donation by tho Coder Family nnd Iho
Trustees. [Sadie Coder waj a former
resident of Beachpark Towor.) Everyone
joined in tho songfest of old familiar
tunes.
The trustees presented Mildred Bill, n
retired back-up, a lovely basket of
flower* for hur many years of faithful
service.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable get-
together and we thank them for the time
and effort put forth to jjivo ill of us so
