5.1 After switching to 8-Out-Mode i still dont have enough channels, why?

You need to restart your VMS4.1 in order to make the output mode change active.

5.2 My Recording is distorted, why?

Check your levels: This means your lines as well as TRAKTORs Master, plus there is also an independent recording gain knob in the

Recording

tab! And of

course, don’t overdrive the VMS4.1 hardware. If there goes distorted audio out, then you’ll record distorted audio!

not part of the official support team. So basically, it’s a user forum – users help users and not the official NI support, keep that in mind!

Here you find the links to the official NI support team. Be it a registration issue or any other technical problem – they’ll help you out within a maximum of

2-3 working days, usually even shorter reaction times. In case you don’t get an answer within this timeframe, please contact the moderators of the

TRAKTOR forum and hand them your ticket number, so they can investigate what happened. In 95% of all cases, an answer got soaked up somewhere in

the digital nirvana, so make sure you have a look in your spam folder, too, if you’re missing an answer.
